RELEASE OF LIABILITY, WAIVER OF CLAIMS, ASSUMPTION OF RISKS AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT
By signing this document, you waive certain legal rights, including the right to sue RYZE Adventure Park, KristallTurm Gmbh, and its employees, in the event of personal injury, property damage, or death occurring on the premises.
1. Safety Compliance: All participants are required to wear safety harnesses provided by RYZE and follow the double-clip safety instructions. Only one smart belay connector (CliC-iT) may be disconnected from the cables at any time.
2. Assumption of Inherent Risks: You acknowledge that climbing at heights up to 45 feet involves risks of slipping, falling, physical exhaustion, and contact with other climbers or structures. You choose to participate voluntarily.
3. Medical Conditions: Climbers represent that they have no physical conditions, heart issues, back injuries, or other medical limitations that could prevent them from climbing safely.
